LAAMP is an acronym for Leadership Academy for Artistic and Management Professionals in the Entertainment industry. The purpose of LAAMP is to provide and incubate services to train, empower, transform and coach entertainment professionals to and through greatness – greatness in career and life.

LAAMP is a collective of tenured professionals who hold crucial operational positions in the entertainment industry. The trifecta – consisting of Misty Anderson, Lynn Richardson and Shaniece Jones – are second chair leaders in the sectors of music, television, film, radio, podcasting, philanthropy, production, faith and mainstream.

Provider of leadership training, empowerment coaching, career development and expansion. Once enrolled in the program, you will receive a new live course weekly, direct feedback from us, and one-on-one sessions should you want a more personable touch
